Terms and Conditions

All goods must be checked within 48 hours of purchase otherwise faults will not be entertained.

All goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge.

Full boxes of unused tiles can only be  refunded if returned within fourteen days of purchase.

Order forms must be checked when ordered as items wrongly ordered will incur a minimum  25% restocking charge.
